The breadth of our group enables us to provide our clients with the surety and support they need to make smart decisions with their money. Being privately owned and having been operating since 1991, our company is here for the long haul and through our own succession planning, we will be here helping our next generation.
Boutique is the proud holder of the “Professional Practice” designation with-in the Financial Planning Association (FPA). This designation within the FPA is based around their code of conduct and ethics and the Certified Financial Planner designation qualifications.

Gary Hasler



Gary is the Managing Director of Boutique Advisers and works with highly successful individuals and families, providing strategic financial advice. Gary specialises in working with generational family businesses, executives and family office clients as well as high level professional athletes. Gary is passionate about working with Boutique clients in a collaborative way, providing clarity and confidence, and helping them navigate their financial life.
On the weekends, Gary is kept busy with kids sports, activities and family life. He supports the Fremantle Dockers in the AFL and to relax enjoys Mountain Biking, cooking and spending time in the garden with the family.

Andrew Bolingbroke



Providing strategic advice to his individual clients to help them simplify and understand their financial position. Andrew loves working with clients to help them cut through seemingly complex problems to bring them simplicity and calmness.
Andrew enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and working alongside them as their life plans develop and change over time. This gives his clients confidence that, through Boutique Advisers, they have clarity and structure around their finances. Andrew enjoys working collaboratively with clients’ other trusted advisers to ensure that they have a truly holistic financial journey.
When not working Andrew enjoys watching his two daughters play soccer and basketball. Andrew is a keen cyclist and will try and fit in a few kilometres on the road or mountain biking whenever possible. Andrew loves catching up with family and friends, keeping active and enjoying the outdoors as much as he can.

Katie McDonald



Katie provides personal strategic advice to executive families, whose lives are busy juggling family, work, mortgages and holidays. With over 15 years educating women in financial literacy Katie also enjoys improving women financial outcome and security.
Katie brings a unique experience to the financial planning profession with over 20 years of personal investment experience. She has a strong background in strategic financial advice, using comprehensive range of investment mediums tailored to suit each client’s needs. Katie is regularly asked to speak at events, relating to women and finances and runs regular workshops on this topic. She is widely published on matters relating to wealth and financial management.
Katie has 15+ years personal finance literacy experience and has been in the financial planning industry for over 5 years. Katie holds a Degree in Business (Finance), coupled with an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. She has also recently complimented her extensive professional education by gaining her CFP (Certified Financial Planner) Certification.
Outside of work Katie spends most of her time hanging out with her family, she has two teenage boys that keep her very busy. Katie is also on the committee for 100 Women and Women in Wealth.

Damien Quirk



Damien Quirk is a Senior Financial Adviser based in Subiaco, Western Australia. Damien has worked across the finance industry including superannuation, personal advice and the banking industry for more than 30 years. He has assisted high net worth individuals with complex financial structures right through to working with mum and dad’s and their important personal financial goals.
Damien has written articles dealing with financial planning and has recently joined Boutique Advisers, where he provides financial advice specialising on retirement. If you have a conversation with Damien, he will tell you that a lot of his clients don’t just retire, but take a portfolio approach to family, life and work. They will take the best parts of what they enjoyed about their working life and plan their week to include elements of everything that brings them personal satisfaction. But most importantly, they enjoy certainty about their lifestyle.
Damien has a Master’s degree in Financial Planning (Griffith University), Diploma of Financial Planning and is an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association Damien holds Self-Managed Super Fund accreditation and is a registered Tax (Financial) Adviser.
Damien relishes the time he spends with his wife Jane and two adult children and regularly pursues his passion of flying and hockey. He also helps to develop tomorrow’s leaders with the Australian Air Force Cadets.

Jodi Escudier



Jodi has been advising clients in Australia since 2013. She is an awards finalist and is currently working towards her CFP designation.
Jodi works with professional families to provide positive strategic advice and establish long term wealth plans. Jodi also frequently runs workshops to educate and empower women to take control of their finances.
Outside of work Jodi attends sporting events with her young family and participates in running events for “fun” often raising money for charity.

Kim Bailey



Personal interaction is a big part of Kim’s relationship with his clients. While providing strategic advice to help clients manage their financial lives is crucial, ensuring this advice helps meet with clients lifestyle and personal goals is the real aim.
Kim has an extensive range of technical expertise built up since commencing as a planner in 1984. This gives him the ability to explain technical and jargon ridden areas of planning in a simplified manner for clients at all stages of their lives. This includes dealing with the complexities associated with superannuation and retirement, taxation, Centrelink, use of structures in investment management, and portfolio construction.
Outside work hours, Kim and his wife Kathy enjoy spending time socialising with family (particularly their two boys Jake and Alexander) and friends, going boating and motorbike riding.

Neil Cocker



Specialising in Retirement advice for his clients, Neil enjoys working with pre retirees to set themselves up for retirement and, assisting retirees to guide them through their retirement years without having to worry about their financial situation.
He enjoys formulating investment and retirement strategies around setting up retirement incomes for his clients for the long term. Neil is also familiar with Centrelink rules and can help retirees maximise their eligibility to achieve their income goals. Neil has been an adviser with Boutique since December 2006 having worked in the financial services industry from March 1993.
Neil is an avid follower of AFL and cricket. He also enjoys getting out to walk in the bush and seek out native orchids to photograph.

Shane Will



Shane believes there is no more important time than right now, to work with a trusted adviser when arranging loans.
Shane has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years & worked as a mortgage broker for over 20 years. He has been at the helm, running Boutique Finance since 2007. He is passionate about the industry & strives to always get the best possible outcome for his clients.
Shane is a diehard Geelong supporter in the AFL & also loves his golf. He recently got his first hole in one & is always striving to get his handicap to single figure again.

Karen has worked in the financial planning industry for over 20 years and was an adviser prior to moving to Australia in 2018. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Certified Financial Planner and holds her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Sean Hocking



Sean is responsible for formulating strategies designed to assist clients in navigating their way through various stages of their life, so that they can understand and best achieve their personal and financial goals and aspirations.
Commencing work in the financial planning industry in 2015, Sean was previously a financial representative at another firm assisting clients before joining Boutique Advisers in May 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Finance), coupled with an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

Denys Orobchenko



Denys supports Katie McDonald in developing strategic advice for her clients and makes sure they are in the best possible position to achieve their financial goals.
Denys has been in the financial planning industry since 2013. He was working as a paraplanner before joining Boutique Advisers in August 2019. In his role he is responsible for a product research, investment portfolio construction, strategies development and modelling strategies before they are presented to our clients. He has a Master Degree in Finance and has completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Denys enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Kateryna hiking, bike riding or going to the beach. He also plays soccer, golf and loves swimming.

Sam Brown



Sam joined Boutique Advisers in May 2020.
He has over four years experience in the financial advice industry and is an aspiring financial adviser. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Master of Financial Planning. Sam has a keen interest in financial markets and works directly with the advisers in preparing financial advice.
In his spare time Sam enjoys both playing and watching sport as well as spending time with his family and friends.



Sharnie Gale



Sharnie has worked in a variety of roles within the financial planning industry for over 19 years, both in Perth and Tasmania, where she is originally from.
Sharnie assists Neil in formulating strategies for clients to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable retirement. She is also slowly studying a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, when she has the time.
Outside of work, Sharnie enjoys getting out and about with her family, enjoying a good game of footy and immersing herself in a good book.

Andrew Pope



Andrew is a recent graduate from Curtin University majoring in Finance and Financial Planning and is responsible with helping the associate team create the best advice possible. He is eager to learn and go the extra mile to produce the best outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Andrew loves all things sport and games related. He plays cricket during the summer and exercises his mind by playing Chess all year round.

Belinda Good



With a high level of operational experience, Belinda splits her time in the business between People, Policies & Processes, AFSL management, Marketing, Compliance and the overall operations of Boutique.
Belinda is passionate about creating clear processes & is constantly reviewing efficiencies for the business, with the help of the Client Manager team. Providing strong support to both our clients and the advisers ensures business is completed smoothly and as timely as possible. Belinda has been working in the industry for 14 years, mainly in operational roles but also as an adviser & paraplanner. Belinda holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.
An ex-Taswegian, Belinda has been living in Perth since 2014. In her downtime Belinda enjoys spending time with her husband, his daughter & their dog either at the beach, or at home around the pool. She also likes to get out & explore new areas of Western Australia and cooking for friends and the team at Boutique.

Monica Matteucci



Monica began her career in the financial services industry in 1997 at Prudential Bache Securities (now Macquarie Equities) as a Dealer’s Assistant, assisting stockbrokers with Initial Public Offerings and share trading for personal, corporate and institutional investors. From there Monica then moved into the Financial Planning realm in 2000 as a Client Services Officer with Gary Hasler at Professional Investment Management which was soon amalgamated with Home Financial Planning.
When Boutique broke ground in July 2003, she was integral in the set-up of the processes and procedures and helped transition existing clients and other businesses into the Boutique fold whilst continuing to assist clients with their day-to-day administration requirements. Monica enjoys a dual role within Boutique.
As a Client Manager, she prepare client’s Statements of Advice, provides financial planning support for clients, client reporting and liaising with fund managers and other institutions. In April 2010, Monica was also appointed Office Manager where she is responsible for business reporting and general office management. Monica has completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is currently finalising my studies in Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).



Diane Freeman



As a Client Manager, Diane liaises with advisers, clients and financial institutions to ensure that all client requests are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Diane has worked in the Financial Services industry since 2008 and has completed her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services. She likes to build strong relationships with clients whilst guiding them through the Financial Planning journey and strives to provide a high level of service
Diane spends most of her spare with her husband and 2 boys and they enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.



Jasmin Mack



As a Client Manager, Jasmin provides administrative support to clients and advisers, working to ensure all client requests are processed efficiently and professionally.
Jasmin is passionate about building strong relationships with all clients she comes into contact with and strives to provide the best possible service to all clients. Her role includes providing financial planning support for clients, client reporting and liaising with fund managers and other institutions. Jasmin has worked in the financial services industry since 2010 and joined Boutique Advisers in 2015.
In her spare time Jasmin enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.



Joanne Wilson



Joanne commenced her career in the financial services industry in 2007 and has since experienced various client and team support roles within financial planning around Australia and New Zealand.
The desire to continually provide clients and advisers with a high standard of confidence and support will see Joanne complete the Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
Outside of the office, Joanne is usually chauffeuring her two children to sports, entertaining or planning getaways to explore new destinations!



Karen Breeze



Karen began her career in the finance industry in 1998 as a Stockbrokers assistant at JP Morgan Cazenove in London providing settlement support for International and UK markets, before moving to work in a middle office role in Cazenove Corporate Finance, assisting with compliance and IPO administration.
Karen then moved to work in similar roles with the CBA Financial Markets Operations team in Sydney and ING Investment Management in Auckland before settling in Perth in 2010. Karen has since moved into the Financial Planning sector where, as a Client Manager she assists in preparing documentation, providing support for clients and liaising with various financial institutions to ensure clients enjoy a seamless and efficient experience.
Outside of work hours Karen enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and keeping up her quest to see as much of the world as possible

Kim Lockett



Kim has had over 6 years experience within the Financial Services and as a Client Manager she enjoys building relationships with her clients and providing a professional and efficient service whilst being the first point of call to tackle any enquiries.
She has recently been accredited as a Mental Health First Aider.
Kim is passionate about photography and will often be found with a camera in hand on the weekends or will have some of her work displayed in local cafes

Mimika Xanthis



As client manager, Mimika is responsible for liaising with clients and financial institutions to ensure that client requests are handled seamlessly and efficiently.
Mimika’s work ethic is to provide the best possible service to clients and values the importance of building great customer relationships. Mimika‘s career in the financial planning industry inspired her to complete her Diploma in Financial Planning and joined Boutique Advisers in 2015.
Outside of work Mimika keeps fit by running and going to HIIT classes. She enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. Her weekends are mostly dedicated to her 2 sons sporting activities.



Nicole Wieman



As a Client Manager, Nicole works predominantly with new clients to Boutique Advisers, managing the implementation process for each clients’ financial plan. This involves application submission, liaising with fund managers and providers, regular client updates on progress and compliance checking on completion.
Nicole believes relationship management with a “customer first” approach is the key to success for a Client Manager. With regard to technical knowledge, Nicole has 7 years’ experience in a similar role as well as a breadth of experience in retail banking and finance.
Outside of work, Nicole is a busy mum with 2 children and a fur baby, who enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Zoe Woods



Zoe joined Boutique Advisers in March 2021 as a Compliance Support Officer. She is responsible for supporting Belinda Good in coordinating the compliance processes within Boutique Advisers. She performs internal audits and assists all staff with compliance queries.
Zoe has worked in a variety of roles within the financial planning industry for over 20 years, both in Perth and Sydney.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a postgraduate Master of Accounting and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Outside of work hours, Zoe enjoys looking after a busy household of boys, playing turf hockey, catching up with friends and dreaming of the next ski holiday.



Shannon Metzger



Shannon is new to the finance industry; she is currently working towards her Diploma in Business. Shannon is the first point of contact for the office. She strives to provide the best service to clients and ensures all client queries are answered promptly and professionally.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys getting out and about with her partner, going out for a nice meal with her friends and walking her dog.



Jessica Dean



Joining the Boutique Finance team in July 2021, Jessica provides support to clients with their lending requirements, working alongside broker Shane Will.
Jessica has experience within the mortgage and client services sectors in the UK and in Perth. She enjoys communicating with clients and ensuring their experience is stress free and streamlined.
Outside of work Jessica loves taking her daughter to the beach with her husband and enjoying good food and a margarita or two with friends.
