  • Off-market is the key
  • Plus thinking about what the seller wants, other than price.
  • Make sure you do your due diligence – zoning, housing commission, easements and flood areas
  • Overall there will be low stock for a long time, until it becomes lucrative for the builder to start building houses, which will eventually increase stock which will mean more supply.
