As 2025 draws to a close, our team came together for an end-of-year celebration filled with reflection, recognition, and plenty of laughter. It was the perfect way to wrap up a year of hard work and shared success.
We began the morning by looking back on the highlights of the year before moving to the Boutique Advisers Private Wealth Staff Awards. These awards celebrate the incredible individuals who embody our values and make Boutique Advisers such a special place to work.
The Keen as Mustard Award is all about bringing energy, excitement, and fun to the business – someone who lifts others up and gives us something to smile about every day. This year, the award went to Catriona Blandford, who never fails to brighten our day the moment we step out of the lift. Her enthusiasm and positivity sets the tone for the team.
The Client Experience Award recognises someone who consistently delivers exceptional service. This year’s winner, Mimika Xanthis, is consistently praised by her advisers and is known for her ability to make clients and the team feel at ease. Her professionalism and empathy make her an invaluable part of the Boutique experience.
The Boutique Spirit Award went to Diane Freeman, who exemplifies resilience and leadership. She faced challenges head-on with grace and determination and came back stronger. Her commitment to helping others and putting her hand up when needed truly reflects what we stand for.
The Five Pillars Award honours dedication to learning and excellence in presenting our core philosophy. Jeevan Kaur impressed us with her well-prepared and polished Five Pillars presentations, while also working hard to onboard new clients and stay on track to hit her targets. Her focus and effort have been outstanding.
Finally, The Blue Circle Award goes to someone who embodies what it means to be part of Boutique – always willing to step up and go above and beyond. Nicole Wieman took on additional responsibilities during Belinda’s six-week leave, managing a demanding workload without missing a beat. Her resilience and commitment were nothing short of remarkable.
After the awards, it was time for our annual Secret Santa, which brought plenty of laughs and a little friendly competition. The “gift stealing” tradition was alive and well, with a BBQ tool set proving popular among the men, while candles, eye masks, and LED goodies were hot favourites for the women. It was a spirited and hilarious way to celebrate the season together.
Congratulations to all our award winners! You have truly made 2025 a year to remember.
