Specialising in retirement planning, Damien takes a practical, lifestyle‑focused approach. He believes retirement is less about stopping work and more about creating a balanced, fulfilling portfolio of family, interests and purpose — underpinned by certainty about lifestyle choices.
Damien holds a Master’s degree in Financial Planning, is SMSF accredited, a registered Tax (Financial) Adviser, and an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association.
Outside of work, Damien enjoys time with his wife Jane and their two adult children. He is passionate about flying, hockey, and supporting future leaders through the Australian Air Force Cadets.
