Ed Windrich is a Client Services Manager, newly established in the financial planning industry, bringing a diverse, adaptable background and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals while building meaningful relationships.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Taxation) from Curtin University and is commencing his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, demonstrating a clear commitment to developing specialist expertise in advice.

Prior to moving into financial planning, Ed built a varied career across rail manufacturing in product development coordination, FIFO underground diamond drilling, service as a Constable with the Western Australia Police Force, and leadership roles with Aldi and Hungry Jack’s. These experiences have shaped his resilience, problem-solving capability, and ability to navigate high-pressure environments while working with a broad range of stakeholders.

Ed is known for improving operational processes, supporting team development, consistently achieving performance targets, and communicating with clarity and professionalism. His ability to manage competing priorities ensures he delivers organised, reliable, and client-focused support to both advisers and clients.

He is motivated by the opportunity to make a practical difference in clients’ lives through well-structured, thoughtful financial advice.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys running, travel, time with friends, exploring new food experiences, and following sport, as he is a loyal West Coast Eagles supporter.
