As Advice and Operations Manager, Nicole oversees the implementation of each client’s financial plan, ensuring every detail is managed with care and precision. Her role includes coordinating applications, liaising with fund managers and providers, providing regular client updates, and completing compliance checks once implementation is finalised.

Nicole is a strong advocate for relationship‑led service and believes a genuine, client‑first approach is essential to delivering a seamless advice experience. She brings seven years’ experience in similar implementation‑focused roles, complemented by a solid background in retail banking and finance, enabling her to balance technical knowledge with clear, supportive communication.

Outside of work, Nicole is a busy mum to two children and a much‑loved fur baby. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of life outside the office.
