Suzanne brings more than 35 years of experience across the financial services industry, with a background spanning insurance, superannuation, pensions, investments, lending, and cash and share trading. Her career has included a diverse range of roles across administration, client service, complaints handling, training, business analysis and project management, providing her with a broad and practical understanding of the industry.

As a Client Manager, Suzanne draws on this depth of experience to support clients and advisers with care, efficiency and insight. She takes pride in sharing her knowledge, ensuring clients feel supported and confident as they move forward in achieving their goals. At the heart of her approach is a genuine commitment to helping people navigate their financial journey with clarity and ease.

Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her many interests, including aviation, Formula One and V8 Supercars, baking, walking, movies and musicals. She is also a passionate supporter of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, inspired by the vital role they played in her family and her own connection to aviation.
